All new council members will serve a three year term.
Regional Boards
ARBSC has divided the state into five regions, compatible with those areas that Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) uses for energy ratings, to make local amendments to the state building code.
Arbitration Review Panels
Within these five regions, a three member panel will act as a local board to handle local code-related disputes and code variance issues.
